Move more after stroke

Moving more after a stroke can reduce the risk of another stroke.

On this page you will find exercise routines designed with stroke survivors. Most exercises are suitable for people with stroke affected arm or leg.

Before you begin, please read what you need to exercise. It is also important to know when you should not exercise.

We encourage you to track your activity on this exercise tracking sheet .

Save your favourite routines, or try something different each time you visit.
