Changing sheets & Hanging out the washing

What to do

  Hanging Out the washing:

  Set your area up well, make sure the basket is at hip height

  Have pegs in an easy to reach spot

  Set aside sufficient time to complete the task to avoid frustration

  

• 2.

  Changing the sheets:

  Be well rested before "sheets day"

  Be ok with being tired after you've changed the sheets

  If you have access to help, ask for help with the sheets...
