What you need

  • Boxing gloves (and a partner)
    Sunscreen and hat (if outside)

What to do

  • 1.

    You may need help to get your boxing glove on to your affected arm.

    You may use a boxing bag if you are boxing alone

  • 2.

    Punching forward (alternating arms)

    Can be done with one or both arms

    Do this fast for up to 30 seconds

  • 3.

    Upper cuts (alternating arms)

    Can be done with one or both arms

    Do this at normal speed for up to 30 seconds

    Alternate between fast punches and normal speed upper cuts for a total of 5 minutes
