• Canned soup with beans or vegetables

  • Fried rice: steamed rice pouch with frozen stir fry vegetables, egg and reduced salt soy sauce
  • Microwave baked potato topped with creamed corn and cheese
  • 2-Minute noodles with frozen corn and grated zucchini
  • Baked beans on wholegrain toast
  • Mexican rice and beans: Combine one pouch of steamed rice, one jar of salsa, 2 tbsp olive oil and one can of beans. Heat and serve.
  • Mexican bean salad: 4 bean mix, 1 can corn kernels, 1 can diced capsicum, olive oil and lemon juice.
