- Mexican rice and beans: Combine one pouch of steamed rice, one jar of salsa, 2 tbsp olive oil and one can of beans. Heat and serve.
- Mexican bean salad: 4 bean mix, 1 can corn kernels, 1 can diced capsicum, olive oil and lemon juice.
