Changes Ben made after stroke:
- have breakfast
- helathy snacks between meals
- smaller plates for main meals to help with portion control
- Olive oil and the required amount of water are hardest to achieve on a daily basis, but there are ways to help yourself:
- Measure out the required amount and leave on the bench as a reminder
- Have a jug of water on the table as a prompt
- Set goals, start with small imporvements and gradually increase.
