What you need
- 4 Chicken Drumsticks, skin off¼ cup flour
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika1 tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp White Pepper1 can 4-bean mix
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup Parsleycolander
- cooking spraymedium saucepan
- baking trayzip lock bag
- measuring spoon/cup
What to do
1.
Preheat oven to 180°C
2.
Place into zip-lock bag:
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- 4 chicken drumsticks
Lightly shake bag to combine.

Spray baking dish with oil and place coated chicken drumsticks in.
- Bake for 40mins until chicken cooked through

Heat a saucepan to medium.

Drain and rinse 4-bean mix in a colander
6.
Add to pan:
- 1 can 4-bean mix,
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
Cook until bubbling.7.
Remove from the heat and stir through the parsley.
8.
Divide the bean casserole mixture between two plates.
Top with chicken
Serve with a side of vegetables.
