What you need(Serves 2)
- 2 Potatoes, unpeeled, cut into wedges2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Dried oregano
What to do
1.
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2.
Line an oven tray with baking paper.
3.
Place 2 potatoes cut into wedges on tray and drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil
4.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons dried oregano on top.
- Mix with your hands to coat evenly.
5.
Bake in the oven 10 minutes.
6.
Turn the potatoes, Bake 10 minutes more until crisp.
