What you need(Serves 2)

  • 2 Potatoes, unpeeled, cut into wedges
    2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dried oregano

What to do

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 200°C.

  • 2.

    Line an oven tray with baking paper.

  • 3.

    Place 2 potatoes cut into wedges on tray and drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4.

    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons dried oregano on top.

    • Mix with your hands to coat evenly.
  • 5.

    Bake in the oven 10 minutes.

  • 6.

    Turn the potatoes, Bake 10 minutes more until crisp.
