What you need (serves 1)

  • 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
    1⁄4 cup All Bran or puffed rice
  • 1 tsp Sunflower seeds
    1 tsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 6 Almonds, chopped
    1⁄4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 cup Milk
    1⁄2 cup Yoghurt
  • Bowl
    spoon
  • knife

What to do

  • 1.

    Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix:

    • ½ cup rolled oats
    • ¼ cup Puffed rice *or*All Bran
    • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
    • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
    • 1 tbsp sultanas
    • 6x almonds, chopped
  • 2.

    Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon on top.

  • 3.

    Add ½ cup milk

  • 4.

    Add yoghurt and serve
