What you need (serves 1)
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats1⁄4 cup All Bran or puffed rice
- 1 tsp Sunflower seeds1 tsp Pumpkin seeds
- 6 Almonds, chopped1⁄4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup Milk1⁄2 cup Yoghurt
- Bowlspoon
- knife
What to do
1.
Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup Puffed rice *or*All Bran
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp sultanas
- 6x almonds, chopped

Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon on top.

Add ½ cup milk
4.
Add yoghurt and serve
