What you need

  • 1 Baby Cos lettuce
    1 punnet Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
    100g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
    1⁄2 Lemon
  • 1⁄2 cup of Olives
    1 tbsp Dried oregano

What to do

  • 1.

    Slice 1 baby cos lettuce

  • 2.

    slice 1 punnet cherry tomatoes into halves

  • 3.

    Peel then slice 1 cucumber

  • 4.

    combine into a bowl:

    ● cos lettuce,
    ● cherry tomatos,
    ● sliced cucumber and
    ● 100g crumbled feta

  • 5.

    Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil over the top.

  • 6.

    Squeeze ½ lemon juice and sprinkle 1 tablespoon oregano ontop, serve.
