What you need(serves 2)

  • 350g Sliced Mushrooms
    1 cup English Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
    4 slices wholegrain or sourdough bread
  • Frying pan
    knife
  • garlic crusher
    chopping board

What to do

  • 1.

    Wipe off 350g mushrooms with a damp cloth, then thickly slice.

  • 2.

    Heat pan to medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 clove crushed garlic.

  • 3.

    Add 350g sliced mushrooms to pan, cook until soft.

  • 4.

    Add 1 cup spinach and stir until the spinach is wilted,

  • 5.

    Add 1 tablespoon sour cream and stir through,

  • 6.

    Serve mix on top of toasted bread (4 slices).
