What you need(serves 2)
- 350g Sliced Mushrooms1 cup English Spinach
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Sour cream4 slices wholegrain or sourdough bread
- Frying panknife
- garlic crusherchopping board
What to do
1.
Wipe off 350g mushrooms with a damp cloth, then thickly slice.
2.
Heat pan to medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 clove crushed garlic.
3.
Add 350g sliced mushrooms to pan, cook until soft.
4.
Add 1 cup spinach and stir until the spinach is wilted,
5.
Add 1 tablespoon sour cream and stir through,
6.
Serve mix on top of toasted bread (4 slices).
